General description
Bisphenol A (BPA) ist ein Diphenylmethanderivat, das verbreitet bei der Herstellung von Polycarbonatkunststoffen, Epoxidharzen und verschiedenen anderen Konsumgütern aus Kunststoff eingesetzt wird. Es weist eine starke endokrinschädigende Wirkung auf.

Application
Der Analysestandard kann auch wie folgt eingesetzt werden:
- Quantitative Analyse von Bisphenol A und Bisphenol S in drei Kunststoffproduktproben einer Mineralwasserflasche, Polycarbonatflasche und Babyflasche unter Verwendung eines modifizierten Glaskohlenstoffelektrode (GCE)-Sensors auf der Grundlage eines kristallinen kovalenten organischen Gerüsts.
- Gleichzeitige Bestimmung von Bisphenol A, S und F in 112 Proben von Thermopapierquittungen durch an Massenspektrometrie gekoppelte Flüssigchromatografie (LC-MS) nach ihrer ultraschallgestützten Extraktion
- Entwicklung und Validierung eines Gaschromatografie-Tandem-Massenspektrometrie(GC-MS/MS)-Verfahrens zum Messen von Bisphenol A und 18 BPA-ähnlichen Verbindungen in 30 Muttermilchproben nach ihrer Festphasenextraktion (SPE)
- Herstellung eines elektrochemischen Sensors auf der Grundlage von mehrwandigen Kohlenstoff-Nanoröhrchen (MWCNT) modifizierten Glaskohlenstoffelektrode (GCE) zum Bestimmen von Bisphenol A und S in Flusswasser und Thermopapierproben durch Cyclovoltammetrie (CV)
- Bestimmung von Bisphenol A in Urinproben durch ein neuartiges Verfahren auf der Grundlage von miniaturisierter QuEChERS-Extraktion und Gaschromatografie-Massenspektrometrie (GC-MS)
- Untersuchung des Bisphenol-A-Gehalts aus Glas- oder Pasteur-Pipetten mit biologischen Flüssigkeiten von maternalen Frauen mittels Hochleistungs-Flüssigkeitschromatografie (HPLC).

If this product has an expiration or retest date, it will be shown on the Certificate of Analysis (COA, CofA). If there is no retest or expiration date listed on the product's COA, we do not have suitable stability data to determine a shelf life. For these products, the only date on the COA will be the release date; a retest, expiration, or use-by-date will not be displayed.

How is shipping temperature determined? And how is it related to the product storage temperature?

Products may be shipped at a different temperature than the recommended long-term storage temperature. If the product quality is sensitive to short-term exposure to conditions other than the recommended long-term storage, it will be shipped on wet or dry-ice. If the product quality is NOT affected by short-term exposure to conditions other than the recommended long-term storage, it will be shipped at ambient temperature. As shipping routes are configured for minimum transit times, shipping at ambient temperature helps control shipping costs for our customers. Does BPA dissolve in oils? such as corn oil or olive oil ?

This product is not tested for solubility in corn or olive oil. The solubility of this material in oils would have to be determined by the end-user. However, see the link below to a publication that indicates that may be soluble. This information has not been verified.
