General description
Influenza A virus, a RNA virus, encodes two surface glycoproteins, hemagglutinin (HA) and neuraminidase (NA).[1] HA stalk domain based epitope region antibody is effective in neutralizing divergent influenza virus strains.[2]
The mouse monoclonal Anti-HA-Peroxidase antibody recognizes native and denatured-reduced forms of the HA-tagged proteins. It also reacts with the N- or C-terminal HA-tagged fusion proteins expressed in E. coli and mammalian cells.
Specificity

Application
Monoclonal Anti-HA-Peroxidase antibody produced in mouse has been used:
- in immunopreciptation and immunostaining of human member 9 of solute carrier family 38 SLC38A9 transfected in HeLa cells[3]
- in immunoblot detection in transfected A375 cells[4]
- is suitable for immunoblotting of nucleosome assembly protein NAP1L1[5]
