Descripción general

Primidone is a commonly used antiepileptic and anticonvulsant drug belonging to the class of barbiturates.[1][2] It is found to be effective in the treatment of partial and generalized seizures.[3]

Aplicación

Primidone may be used as a reference standard for the determination of the analyte in serum samples using high-pressure liquid chromatography.[1]
