Application

El fluoruro de tetrabultilamonio (TBAF) puede utilizarse como un reactivo:
  • Para la desprotección de los grupos sililo y N-sulfonilo.[1][2]
  • En las reacciones de fluorinación.[1]
  • Para sintetizar indoles 2-sustituidos mediante reacción de ciclación de varias 2-etinilanilinas con alquinos terminales utilizando el catalizador Pd.[3] También puede utilizarse como activador en la síntesis de alquinos arilatados o alquenilados mediante la reacción de acoplamiento de haluros de arilo y alquenilo con alquinos terminales en presencia del catalizador PD.[4]

Reactante para preparación de:
  • Inhibidores de la recaptación triple de monoaminas como nueva generación de antidepresivos
  • Alcoholes a través de la hidrólisis de ésteres de alquilsililo a pH neutro en disoluciones tamponadas mixtas orgánico-acuosas
  • Oligorribonucleótidos con enlaces fosfonato modificados
  • Aril-alquil alcoholes mediante alilación de Nozaki-Hiyama catalizada por ligandos bipiridilodiol quirales y tricloruro de cromo
  • Ésteres de ácido dienoico conjugado utilizando reacciones de acoplamiento de Suzuki
  • Inhibidor de la Hsp90 o-aminobenzamida macrocíclica con actividad antitumoral
  • Inhibidores dobles de fosfoinosítido 3-cinasa (PI3K) y la diana de rapamicina en mamíferos (mTOR)
  • Glucósidos poliacetilénicos antidiabetógenos

    1. If this product has an expiration or retest date, it will be shown on the Certificate of Analysis (COA, CofA). If there is no retest or expiration date listed on the product's COA, we do not have suitable stability data to determine a shelf life. For these products, the only date on the COA will be the release date; a retest, expiration, or use-by-date will not be displayed.
      For all products, we recommend handling per defined conditions as printed in our product literature and website product descriptions. We recommend that products should be routinely inspected by customers to ensure they perform as expected.
      For products without retest or expiration dates, our standard warranty of 1 year from the date of shipment is applicable.
