General description

SOLu-Trypsin Rapid Digestion Kit (MSKT0002) consists of 400 ug of solution-stable trypsin (EMS0004) suitable for protein sequencing, and 30 mL of Rapid Digestion Buffer (EMS0009), allowing for trypsin digestion in one hour at 60°C. Trypsin should be used at a 1:10 enzyme:substrate ratio in Rapid Digestion Buffer, which can be substituted into existing user workflows.

Features and Benefits

  • Provides a fast and efficient method for protein digestion.
  • Removal of denaturants by offline desalting is not necessary, which further shortens the time for sample preparation.
  • Compatible with a variety of sample types, reduction and alkylation protocols, and downstream workflows.

Storage Class Code

11 - Combustible Solids
