General description
mouse macrophage inflammatory protein-3 beta (MIP-3β) is a 9.2 kDa protein containing 83 amino acid residues. It is a chemoattractant for T and B lymphocytes and myeloid progenitor cells.
Physical form
Lyophilized without any additives.
Reconstitution
Centrifuge the vial prior to opening. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
Reconstitute in water to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL. This solution can then be diluted into other aqueous buffers.
