Cell Line Description
The antibody is directed against the p220 component of the sheep CD45 molecule (CD45RA), expressed on all B cells and a sub-population of naive T cells.

Culture Medium
EMEM(EBSS) + 2mM glutamine + 1% Non Essential Amino Acids (NEAA) + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS)
Subculture Routine
Maintain cultures between 3-9x100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO2; 37°C.
