Cell Line Description
This antibody recognises the receptor for CD200 (OX2) present on rat myeloid cells.
Immunogen
Rat peritoneal exudate cells
Culture Medium
RPMI 1640 + 2mM Glutamine + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS)
Subculture Routine
Seed at 5 x 10,000 cells/ml. Subculture when cells reach 500,000 - 1,000,000 cells/ml (usually after 3-4 days) 5% CO2, 37° C. Start in 20% FBS when recovering from frozen.
