General description
FITC (fluorescein isothiocyanate) is a fluorescent dye that is often used to label antibodies in immunofluorescent assays. As FITC does not interfere with the biological action of proteins, it can be used as a hapten to label different proteins. FITC conjugation mainly facilitates the accurate detection and localization of proteins in immunological techniques Anti-FITC-Alkaline Phosphatase antibody is specific for free FITC and FITC conjugated to various biomolecules such as proteins, oligonucleotides, and nucleic acids.
Specificity
The purified IgG fraction of antiserum is adsorbed to remove any antibodies to BSA and then conjugated to alkaline phosphatase. The conjugate may be used for detection of FITC labeled moieties and for visualization of immunofluorescence by light microscopy.
Immunogen
FITC-BSA
Application
2% paraformaldhyde fixed paraffin embedded human rectal sections were stained with alkaline phosphatase-conjugated rabbit anti-FITC at 1:100.
Anti-FITC-Alkaline Phosphatase antibody is suitable for use in fluorescence in situ hybridization at 1:100 or 1:200[1] dilutions.
Physical form
Solution in 0.05 M Tris buffer, containing 1% BSA, 50% glycerol and 15 mM sodium azide

In mammals, the exact role of cartilage canals is still under discussion. Therefore, we studied their development in the distal femoral epiphysis of mice to define the importance of these canals. Various approaches were performed to examine the histological, cellular

Cell populations can be enriched using a number of physicochemical methods based on characteristics, such as density, size, and volume. Centrifugation using density gradients is typically applied to isolate populations with similar characteristics. Cells obtained using these methods can be

During our study on HOXA13, HOXD12, and HOXD13 mRNA expression in human adult and embryonic tissues, we were confronted with the fact that, within our specimen collection, as in other University Departments in Europe, <20% of all samples yielded reliable
Fibrocytes are implicated in Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis (IPF) pathogenesis and increased proportions in the circulation are associated with poor prognosis. Upon tissue injury, fibrocytes migrate to the affected organ. In IPF patients, circulating fibrocytes are increased especially during exacerbations, however
