Primary glucocorticoid secreted by the adrenal cortex.

Primary glucocorticoid secreted by the adrenal cortex. It has three times the anti-inflammatory potency of corticosterone but much lower Na²⁺ retention potency.

Storage and Stability

Can be stored for 3 months from date of shipment at 2-8°C (lyophilized) or -20°C (solubilized).
