General description

Proquinazid belongs to the quinazolinone class of fungicides.

Application

Refer to the product′s Certificate of Analysis for more information on a suitable instrument technique. Contact Technical Service for further support.
Proquinazid may be used as an analytical reference standard for the determination of the analyte in:
  • Honeybees by dispersive solid-phase extraction (dSPE), followed by liquid and gas chromatography combined with tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS and GC-MS/MS) operating in electron ionization (EI) and multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) modes of detection.
  • Fruits and vegetables by methanolic extraction, followed by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography (UHPLC) coupled to MS/MS operating in electrospray ionization (ESI) and MRM modes of detection.
