Specificity

Binds to a recombinant fragment of human tenascin containing the fibronectin type III repeats, numbers 1-3.

Immunohistochemistry at 2 μg/mL on tissues fixed with cold acetone

Immunocytochemistry at 2 μg/mL on U251 cells

Immunoblotting (Western) at 2 μg/mL to detect whole tenascin under reducing conditions

ELISA: 2 x 10-10 M endpoint dilution

Affinity constant Kd= 6.37 x 10-9

Final working dilutions must be determined by end user.
