Application
A medium suitable for the isolation, cultivation and enumeration of yeasts and moulds in dairy products, beverages, dried and frozen foods and meat products.
Preparation Note
Suspend 39g in 1 litre demineralised water. Boil whilst stirring until completely dissolved. Autoclave at 121°C for 15 minutes. Cool agar to 45 - 50°C, mix well and pour plates.
