General description

This ElectroGreen® solvent is made of bio-based(corn/beets-derived) safer alternatives to replace synthetic xylene fossil-based solvent with specifications tailored for electronics and energy applications. All our ElectroGreen® solvents line are derived from a renewable resource (verified through C14 ASTM D6866-16testing). We are committed to bringing you Greener Alternative Products, which adhere to one or more of The 12 Principles of Greener Chemistry. Click here for more details.

This solvent blend consists of n-Butylacetate 50-70%, Ethyl lactate 20-30%, ethanol 20-30%, ethyl acetate 1-5%.

Application

Our bio-sourced Xylene substitute is a solvent blend for electronics applications in both - cleaning and ink formulations. It has a better cleaning power and reduced solvent usage vs. Xylene, and also high performance, excellent solvency, versatile solvent blend for ink formulations with high loading capacity.
It is readily recycled via distillation for repeated reuse, with no Global Warming compounds or Hazardous Air Pollutants.

Storage and Stability

To ensure low water content, handle under inert conditions. Product should be refrigerated upon receipt.
