The most common elution strategy with the Supelclean LC-SAX SPE is by pH manipulation. Start by using a buffer with the pH adjusted to at least 2 pH units above the molecule’s pKa. Methanol may be added to disrupt secondary interactions. Elute with 100 μL aliquots, at a reduced flow rate of approximately 1-2 drops/second.
