CWI1-2 is a cell penetrant, potent and selective inhibitor of an m6A reader IGF2BP2 (Insulin-like growth factor 2 mRNA-binding protein 2). CWI1-2 potently inhibits IGF2BP2 interaction with N6-Methyladenosine (m6A) modified target transcripts. CWI1-2 exhibits potent anti-leukemia efficacy in vitro and in vivo.
