Synthetic peptide directed towards the n terminal region of mouse Snai3
Biochem/physiol Actions
Snai3 seems to inhibit myoblast differentiation. Snai3 is a transcriptional repressor of E-box-dependent transactivation of downstream myogenic bHLHs genes. Snai3 binds preferentially to the canonical E-box sequences 5′-CAGGTG-3′ and 5′-CACCTG-3′.
Sequence
Synthetic peptide located within the following region: MPRSFLVKTHSSHRVPNYGKLETLREANGSCSACKELAGSRHLPDEEAPC
Physical form
Purified antibody supplied in 1x PBS buffer with 0.09% (w/v) sodium azide and 2% sucrose.
