What is the concentration of the bacteria in the suspension?
1 answer-
The number of inactivated bacteria per vial is estimated by the CFU count of the untreated control and not by direct count of the final product. The > 10x8 number indicated is an estimation of the number of inactivated bacterial cells per vial.
