Cell Line Description

The hybridoma IAH-CC62 secretes antibodies reactive with bovine CD26 - this was formerly known as WC10. This non-lineage specific antigen is present on bovine leukocytes and has a MW of 115 kDa and 39kDa. Cells have been grown on mouse macrophage feeder cells using hypoxanthine and thymidine at concentractions appropriate for hybridomas. It is recommended to continue this until sufficient cells have been frozen.

Culture Medium

RPMI 1640 + 2 mM glutamine + HT supplement + 10% FBS

Subculture Routine

Maintain cultures between 3-9x 100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO2; 37°C.
