Attachment factor solution (AFS) is a sterile-filtered solution of attachment factor. It is used as a substrate for plating and spreading endothelial cells. AFS is used for coating cell culture flasks, dishes, and multi-well plates.
Application
Attachment factor solution (100 ML) has been used to coat cultural flasks prior to brain microvascular endothelial cell culture.[1]
