Application

It was used in testing ammonia concentration of Serratia odorifera and also in establishing a calibration curve with 0.5-50 μmol concentrations of ammonia; in an attempt to analyse volatile emission and understand biological impact of volatile compounds on Arabidopsis thaliana.
