General description
IgG is one of the most abundant proteins in human serum. IgG is important for our defence against microorganisms and the molecules are produced by B-lymphocytes as a part of our adaptive immune response. The IgG molecule has two separate functions; to bind to the pathogen that elicited the response and to recruit other cells and molecules to destroy the antigen. The variability of the IgG pool is generated by somatic recombination and the number of specificities in an individual at a given time point is estimated to be 1011 variants.
Specificity
The antibody reacts with the heavy and light chains of chicken IgG as demonstrated by ELISA.
Immunogen
Epitope: Chicken IgG
Prepared from pooled antisera from goats hyperimmunized with chicken IgG.
Application
Goat anti-Chicken IgG (H+L) Antibody, PE conjugate is an antibody against Chicken IgG (H+L) for use in ELISA & IF.
Immunofluorescence: ≤0.2 μg/106 cells.

Antibody drugs exert therapeutic effects via a range of mechanisms, including competitive inhibition, allosteric modulation, and immune effector mechanisms. Facilitated dissociation is an additional mechanism where antibody-mediated "disruption" of stable high-affinity macromolecular complexes can potentially enhance therapeutic efficacy. However, this

Increased collagen-derived advanced glycation end-products (AGEs) are consistently related to painful diseases, including osteoarthritis, diabetic neuropathy, and neurodegenerative disorders. We have recently developed a model combining a two-dimensional glycated extracellular matrix (ECM-GC) and primary dorsal root ganglion (DRG) that mimicked
