Immunoprecipitation Analysis: A representative lot of this antibody immunoprecipitated methylated BAF155 from transfected SKOV3 cells (Wang, L., et al. Cancer Cell 25, 21–36, January 13, 2014)
ChIP: A representative lot of this antibody chromatin immunoprecipitated BAF155 to COL1A2 and GADD45A genes in wildtype MCF-7 cells (Wang, L., et al. Cancer Cell 25, 21–36, January 13, 2014)
Immunohistochemical Analysis: A representative lot of this antibody detected methylated BAF155 protein in human breast tumor cells (Wang, L., et al. Cancer Cell 25, 21–36, January 13, 2014)
Quality
Western Blotting Analysis: A 1:1000 dilution of this antibody detected dimethyl-BAF155 protein in 10 µg of MCF-7 cell lysate

Storage and Stability
Handling Recommendations: Upon receipt and prior to removing the cap, centrifuge the vial and gently mix the solution. Aliquot into microcentrifuge tubes and store at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles, which may damage IgG and affect product performance.
Note: Variability in freezer temperatures below -20°C may cause glycerol containing solutions to become frozen during storage.
