Description

General description

A selective D₄ dopamine receptor agonist (K_i = 8.7 nM, EC₅₀ = 8.3 nM). Suitable for central and peripheral delivery. Used in studies of penile erection, learning and memory. Exibits some binding affinity towards human D₂ and D₃ Receptors (K_i = 2.8 µM).
