General description

A metalloprotease inhibitor. Reversibly binds to cell surfaces and competitively inhibits surface aminopeptidases, notably aminopeptidase B and leucine aminopeptidase. Also acts as a potent aminopeptidase N inhibitor. Activates macrophages and T lymphocytes. Has anti-tumor properties. Effective at a concentration of 1-10 µM. The solid form of this compound (Cat. No. 200484) is also available.
