General description

This internal standard Certified Spiking Solution® is applicable to numerous GC/MS and LC/MS applications including quantitation of patient levels, forensic and forensic toxicology analysis, isotope dilution methods, and calibrator preparation. Norquetiapine is a primary active metabolite of quetiapine, marketed as the atypical antipsychotic Seroquel for the treatment of depression, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia. It maintains most of the pharmacological effects of quetiapine with potencies similar to the parent drug.
