General description

Application

- 用作神经元培养的5-氟-2′-脱氧尿苷储备液组分
Biochem/physiol Actions
单磷酸尿苷对于蛋白质糖基化、多糖生物合成和脂质代谢至关重要。建议口服尿苷治疗异嗜红细胞增多症和癫痫性脑病。尿苷具有许多生物学功能，例如治疗干眼症、调节神经系统并促进生殖。高水平的尿苷可诱导胰岛素抵抗。
