生化/生理作用

磷脂酶C可由凝血酶和血小板活化因子诱导形成1,2-二酰基甘油和磷脂酸。PLC可水解磷脂酰胆碱和其他甘油磷脂上的磷酸键,产生二酰基甘油;这种酶还可水解鞘磷脂、心磷脂、胆碱缩醛磷脂和神经酰胺磷脂的磷酸键。
