一般說明

L-赖氨酸含有碱性侧链,是亲水性的。其侧链上的正丁基氨基在生理pH值下被质子化。降解后,L-赖氨酸产生酮体。赖氨酸与α-酮戊二酸酯的转胺反应生成乙酰乙酰辅酶A。L-赖氨酸作为次生代谢产物的前体,如β-内酰胺抗生素。它也是合成α-氨基己二酸的前驱体。
