生化/生理作用

白介素-10是淋巴和髓样细胞功能的重要调节剂。IL-10可以阻断细胞因子合成的激活和巨噬细胞的几种辅助功能。人和小鼠IL-10具有73%的序列同源性。然而,人IL-10同时作用于人和小鼠靶细胞,而小鼠IL-10具有物种特异性活性。在小鼠中,IL-10的细胞来源包括Th2细胞,活化的胎儿胸腺细胞,巨噬细胞,角质形成细胞,LY-1+ (CD5+)和正常B细胞。在人类中,IL-10的细胞来源包括CD4+T细胞和T细胞克隆,胸腺细胞,B细胞,B细胞淋巴瘤,巨噬细胞,肥大细胞系和角质形成细胞。IL-10刺激干细胞,肥大细胞和胸腺细胞的生长。IL-10增强细胞毒性T细胞发育并共同刺激B细胞分化和Ig分泌。 IL-10通过诱导血管生成或血管抑制因子的细胞类型依赖性表达来调节血管生成。
