C10orf118 is a tumor-associated antigen, belonging to the cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (CTCL)-associated antigen, and is also called HD-CL-01. It is a gene conserved across all mammals. The intron present in the 5′-UTR (untranslated region) of this gene contains the C10 hammerhead ribozyme.
