應用
Anti-BACH1 antibody produced in rabbit, a Prestige Antibody, is developed and validated by the Human Protein Atlas (HPA) project . Each antibody is tested by immunohistochemistry against hundreds of normal and disease tissues. These images can be viewed on the Human Protein Atlas (HPA) site by clicking on the Image Gallery link. BTB and CNC homology 1, basic leucine zipper transcription factor 1 is a protein encoded by the gene BACH1 in humans. It belongs to the DEAH helicase family. It is a basic leucine zipper protein containing broad complex, tramtrack, bric-a-brac/poxvirus and zinc finger (BTB/POZ) domains. It forms a heterodimer with MafK and functions as a hypoxia-inducible repressor for the HO-1 (Heme Oxygenase-1) gene and regulates oxygen homeostasis. This protein binds to the BRCT repeats of BRCA1 and facilitates its DNA repair mechanism.
