庆大霉素，也称为庆大霉素C，是一种由革兰氏阴性菌天然产生的氨基糖苷。该抗生素可通过阻止蛋白质合成而发挥作用。硫酸庆大霉素可在体内和体外阻止革兰氏阳性菌和革兰氏阴性菌的生长。在组织培养中，硫酸庆大霉素可用于抑制各种支原体菌株的生长。

應用

硫酸庆大霉素，是一种广谱抗生素，已在细胞培养和分子生物实验中被用作选择剂（抗庆大霉素基因）。产品推荐使用浓度是50mg/mL。

生化／生理作用

作用机制：庆大大霉素通过和30S核糖亚基结合，引起密码子误读，阻碍肽酰转移酶从供体位点转移到受体位点。庆大霉素通过它与外膜的结合来发挥它对铜绿假单胞菌的杀菌作用，它在外膜上置换天然阳离子，使膜不稳定，并在细胞表面形成孔。

抗菌谱：包括革兰氏阴性和革兰氏阳性细菌，包括对于四环素、氯霉素、卡那霉素和粘菌素，某些特定假单胞菌菌株，变形杆菌属，Staphylococcus 和 Streptococcus 的抗性。

成分

庆大霉素是Micromonospora purpurea 或M. echinospora发酵后产生的氨基糖苷复合物。 它可以用来作为硫酸盐。 每摩尔庆大霉素基础有三个成分，每一个成分包含五份碱性氮，并且需要5份硫酸。

注意

无菌溶液需要储存在2-8℃。溶液在室温下和烧开的水性缓冲液，pH2-142下稳定。
