一般說明

脓毒症或SIRS(全身性炎症反应综合征)是由感染引起的,无论是细菌,病毒,真菌还是寄生虫。根据美国疾病预防控制中心(CDC)的数据,脓毒症是美国非冠状动脉ICU患者死亡的第二大主要原因。脓毒症的发病机理非常复杂。对感染的先天和获得性免疫应答都会通过增加免疫抑制的细胞因子表达的变化来中断内稳态。此外,发炎组织中白细胞的迁移分泌组织因子,导致凝血酶的形成,也触发趋化因子和粘附分子通过内皮细胞的释放。当一个或多个器官的低血压或灌注不足导致器官功能障碍时,就会发生严重的脓毒症,进而引起感染性休克,多器官功能障碍综合征(MODS)和死亡。

MILLIPLEX®人脓毒症检测试剂盒1用于同时定量人血清、血浆和细胞/组织培养上清液样品中以下分析物的任何或全部:sFas/TNFRSF6、sFasL、sICAM-1、MIF、PAI-1(总计)、sVCAM-1。该试剂盒采用96孔格式,包含冻干标准混合物、两个内部检测质控品,可最多可测定38份样品,重复两次。

Luminex® xMAP®平台使用磁珠免疫分析格式,以实现理想的速度和灵敏度,同时定量多种分析物,从而显著提高生产力,同时节省宝贵的样品量。
