Hi-Flow^™ Plus membranes are designed and optimised for use in rapid diagnostic lateral flow tests that require superior consistency and performance. Lateral flow tests facilitate quick and convenient detection/quantification of analytes such as antibodies and antigens present in biological samples, including blood, saliva, and urine. Hi-Flow^™ Plus membranes are ideally suited for such applications. Available in a variety of capillary flow times and backing options, choosing Hi-Flow Plus membranes can improve assay performance and offer flexibility to meet a wide range of assay design requirements. Hi-Flow^™ Plus 135 (HF135) is suitable for tests where a balance between speed and sensitivity is desired. This Hi-Flow^™ Plus 135 pack comprises 14 slit rolls of 2 mil backed nitrocellulose membrane with a nominal capillary flow time of 135 seconds/4 cm.

Hi-Flow^™ Plus membranes are suitable for use with all lateral flow test techniques including competitive, sandwich, and multiplex detection assays. They are optimized for use in both qualitative and quantitative test types and pair well with lateral flow detector particles including colloidal gold nanoparticles, dyed/ fluorescent microspheres, etc. Hi-Flow^™ Plus membranes are suitable for use in lateral flow tests designed to detect analytes present in a broad range of samples matrices including, blood, saliva, urine, nasopharyngeal swabs, sweat and others.
