CHEMICON APO-DIRECT细胞凋亡检测试剂盒用于单步染色法标记DNA断裂，通过流式细胞术分析凋亡细胞(Li et al. 1995)。 试剂盒含有细胞凋亡检测需要的所有试剂，包括阳性和阴性对照细胞，洗涤、反应和冲洗缓冲液，以及用于总DNA复染的碘化丙啶/RNase A溶液。

APO-DIRECT试剂盒含有下列试剂。试剂瓶配有方便识别的不同颜色盖子。提供的试剂足以处理50份细胞悬液（包括对照细胞），每份约1 x 10E6个细胞，用于流式细胞分析。对照细胞依照程序固定（细胞固定程序），溶于 70% (v/v)乙醇。

儲存和穩定性
警告与注意事项：
1.该试剂盒组分仅供研究使用，不可用于诊断程序。
2.阳性和阴性对照细胞含有70%(v/v)乙醇作为防腐剂，洗涤和反应缓冲液含有二甲胂酸盐作为缓冲液，冲洗和PI/RNase染色缓冲液含有0.05%(w/v)叠氮化钠作为防腐剂。 这些物质吞食有害；避免接触。 详见化学品安全说明书(Material Safety Data Sheet)。
3.TdT酶溶于50% (v/v)甘油溶液，因此置于-20℃下不会冷冻。 加热TdT酶液后，离心管子30秒，让液体都沉入管底。
