一般說明

在许多生物体中,丙酮酸脱氢酶复合体除了作为心脏底物选择的关键调节因子外,还在有氧能量生成途径中催化丙酮酸到乙酰辅酶a和二氧化碳的总体不可逆转化。它含有三种酶成分的多个副本:丙酮酸脱氢酶(E1)、二氢脂酰胺乙酰转移酶(E2)和脂酰胺脱氢酶(E3)。PDH通过丙酮酸脱氢酶激酶(PDK)介导的磷酸化和反馈抑制调节。

该抗体可识别在Ser300磷酸化的PDHE1-A 1型。
