一般說明

A potent agonist for group II metabotropic glutamate receptors (EC₅₀ = 0.49 µM and 0.44 µM for mGlu₂ and mGlu₃, respectively). Higher level of activity than glutamate or (±)-trans-ACPD. Widely used in studies related to neurotransmissions mediated via group II mGlu receptors.
