A cell-permeable furan carboxamide compound that acts as a potent, reversible, and ATP-competitive cFMS/CSF-1R inhibitor that blocks cFMS autophosphorylation both in CSF-1/M-CSF-stimulated HEK-293 cells (IC₅₀ = 76 nM) and in cell-free in vitro kinase assays (IC₅₀ = 17 nM).
