一般說明

Tryptic Soy Agar + LTHThio – ICR settle plate is designed for the determination of the total microbial aerobic count of microorganisms in isolators and clean rooms. Settle plates are used for air and personnel monitoring. Tryptic soy agar is a complex medium for cultivation and isolation of a wide range of bacteria, yeasts and molds. The formulation of the Soybean Casein-Digest medium contains a combination of casein and soy peptones supplying organic nitrogen, particularly amino acids and longer-chained peptides. The medium is supplemented with Lecithin, polysorbate 80 (Tween®), Histidine, Sodium thiosulfate and pyruvate to inactivate potential residues of disinfectants on dry surfaces. The plates are triple packed and gamma-irradiated in the final packaging.

應用

Tryptic Soy Agar (TSA, Soybean Casein Digest Agar) is a complex medium for cultivation and isolation of a wide range of bacteria, yeasts and molds. The media is used for air monitoring as well to monitor personnel (fingerprints).
