C8 1-磷酸神经酰胺 (d17:1/8:0)是一种新型的生物活性鞘脂。由神经酰胺激酶（CERK）催化C8-神经酰胺或N-辛酰基-D-赤型-鞘氨醇（C17碱）磷酸化形成。C1P是磷脂酸盐的鞘脂类似物。
生化／生理作用
