2-8°C

一般說明

The low endotoxin TissueFab® bioink SilkGel -Vis/405nm SPS crosslinking kit can be used to bioprint cell-laden hydrogels in the desired shape without any supporting material. This bioink can be crosslinked in one step using exposure to 405 nm light for further culture and maturation of cells for tissue engineering and regenerative medicine applications.

應用

Currently, there is a need for high-quality, commercially available ready-to-use bioink formulations to enable the reproducible fabrication of synthetic tissues and organs by 3D Bioprinting
  • drug discovery
  • in-vitro disease models
  • regenerative medicine-cell
  • cultured meat

特點和優勢

  • Bioprinting models replicate biology for drug discovery and in vivo applications
  • Sterile, low endotoxin
  • Batch control offers reproducible models for preclinical toxicology testing and drug screening
  • Extended shelf-life & stability

Although three-dimensional (3D) bioprinting technology has gained much attention in the field of tissue engineering, there are still several significant engineering challenges to overcome, including lack of bioink with biocompatibility and printability. Here, we show a bioink created from silk

In this study, the cyto-compatibility and cellular functionality of cell-laden gelatin-methacryloyl (Gel-MA) hydrogels fabricated using a set of photo-initiators which absorb in 400-450 nm of the visible light range are investigated. Gel-MA hydrogels cross-linked using ruthenium (Ru) and sodium persulfate
