General description

As the first generation of silica-based SEC columns, TSKgel G3000SW columns provide excellent separation of proteins and other biomolecules with molecular weights up to 500,000 Da. The TSKgel G3000SW columns are available in 10μm particle size in Glass and Stainless Steel analytical columns. Particle sizes of 13μm are used to pack 30cm and 60cm x 21.5mm ID columns, respectively, for semi-preparative purifications.

Physical form

Shipped in 0.05% NaN3 and 0.1 mol/L Na2SO4 in 0.1 M phosphate buffer, pH 6.7.
