Application
AEC Staining Kit has been used as a substrate
for developing the extravidin peroxidase antibody in cell-seeded matrice sections using histology and immunohistochemistry methods[1]
for streptavidin-horseradish peroxidase in peripheral blood mononuclear cells in ex vivo enzyme-linked immunospot (ELISPOT) assay[2]
for mouse IgG biotinylated secondary antibody in immunohistostaining of epididymal fat pads[3]
Packaging
Kit contains 3 mL of concentrated acetate buffer, 3-amino-9-ethylcarbazole (AEC) chromogen and hydrogen peroxide in a dropper bottle for easy dispensing. Directions for use with each application are included.

To study the metabolic activity of NF-kappaB, we investigated phenotypes of two different mouse models with elevated NF-kappaB activities. The transcriptional activity of NF-kappaB is enhanced either by overexpression of NF-kappaB p65 (RelA) in aP2-p65 mice or inactivation of NF-kappaB
Checkpoint blockade immunotherapy (CBI) is effective in promoting a systemic immune response against some metastatic tumors. The reliance on the pre-existing immune environment of the tumor, however, limits the efficacy of CBI on a broad spectrum of cancers. Herein, we
Cancer vaccines have been actively pursued to bolster antitumor immunity. Here, we designed nanoscale metal-organic frameworks (nMOFs) as locally activable immunotherapeutics to release danger-associated molecular patterns (DAMPs) and tumor antigens and deliver pathogen-associated molecular patterns (PAMPs) for in situ personalized
Use this protocol to for the entire immunohistochemistry (IHC) procedure through staining and visualization of specific antigens in paraffin-embedded tissue sections.
