This Anti-Adrenergic β3 receptor Antibody is validated for use in WB for the detection of Adrenergic β3 receptor.
Western blot: 1:2,000-1:5,000. The antibody recognizes a band at ~44 kDa on mouse and rat brain lysate (40 μg).

Optimal working dilutions must be determined by end user.

Physical form

Liquid in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide.

Storage and Stability

Maintain at -20°C in undiluted aliquots for up to 6 months after date of receipt. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
