General description
Native, PP2A1 from bovine kidney. A divalent cation-independent protein serine/threonine phosphatase involved in the control of numerous cellular processes. Has a catalytic subunit of 36 kDa, a subunit of 55 kDa, and a regulatory subunit of 60 kDa. Reported to associate with microtubules and to bind to purified tubulin polymerized by TAXOL® Drug.
