Cell permeable, potent and specific irreversible inhibitor of the proteasome. Novel mechanism of action. Blocks chymotrypsin-like, trypsin like and PGPH activities of the proteasome. Regulates antigen presentation at non-toxic doses. Displays in vivo anti-inflammatory activity in mouse ear inflammation assay and in vitro NF-kB inhibition. The product is not sterile.
