Descripción general

La unidad Steridilutor® NEO con cámara de expansión es un conjunto de tubo y aguja para polvos de difícil disolución y para la dilución de superantibióticos y productos de reserva en viales. Los productos puros (sólidos o líquidos) son difíciles de enjuagar y sus restos podrían constituir un importante factor inhibidor en los ensayos de esterilidad. En el caso de los polvos, se requiere una buena disolución para evitar cualquier posible agregado. Se recomienda encarecidamente una etapa de dilución de los antibióticos líquidos para reducir la concentración de los antimicrobianos. Esto reducirá la posibilidad de adsorción del agente al filtro. La cámara de expansión purga el vacío o la presión residuales de los viales sin riesgo de goteo ni contaminación. La aguja doble de diámetro pequeño conecta los productos problema con el diluyente. El producto diluido es luego filtrado con las unidades Steritest® NEO adecuadas.

Aplicación

La unidad Steridilutor® NEO con cámara de expansión se utiliza para la dilución de polvos y superantibióticos, y para agrupar productos en viales. La cámara de expansión permite la ventilación del recipiente de diluyente.
