General description

A Certified Spiking Solution^® of routinely tested Immunosuppressants including Cyclosporin A, Everolimus, Sirolimus and Tacrolimus at concentrations of 50-2000 ng/mL in Human Whole Blood. Immunosuppressants are drugs that inhibit or prevent the activity of the immune system and are routinely tested in clinical LC-MS/MS testing applications. This multi-component matrix mix from Cerilliant^® is suitable for critical quantitative applications in research and clinical environments including: for use in preparation of controls, calibrators, and linearity standards for LC-MS/MS assays; as system tuning/suitability standards; linearity verification; and internal proficiency testing. The stable, quantitative solution format in Human Whole Blood matrix provides significant benefits to the user such as convenience of use, material savings, increased efficiency of labor and reduced matrix effects.
