How is product C4165, Carbol Fuchsin, prepared for staining?
1 answer-
Product C4165 consists of approximately 90% pararosaniline to 10% phenol. A working solution can be prepared from the powder by first dissolving 1.5 grams of the powder in 100 ml of 95% ethanol, then adding an equal volume of deionized water.
